O dear...
Yesterday, Stanley frets about his decision about his postgrad studies too. Masters vs. Honours. Everyone's telling him to apply for everything; Including job applications too. Well… *poor him* I thought. . . . . had headache bcos of this...
Little do I realize I am actually in the same boat.
Few days ago, I was oblivious to the dilemma I'd face after I graduate -- or even, before that. I know I will be; sooner or later.
Today I realized, "that", has to be settled even sooner than I thought.
Gosh. All along I wasn't that worried because I had a plan --- to get a job after I graduate, then apply for Masters in Applied Commerce (Marketing). Here in the commerce postgraduate booklet says, "designed to enable young professionals to develop, implement and control integrated marketing programs, work closely with managers in other functional areas" OK. So Food Science and Marketing -- fair enough? Or so.. I thought.
I've just applied Bachelor of Food Science (Honours) in RMIT this afternoon. (right nw, apply everythin' aint it?) I've also been offered Honours program in Bachelor of Food Science (Hons) in Melbourne University; but have yet applied. However, approximately after few months of observation of these Honours seniors on what they do etc., I kinda lost interest. Lots of thoughts are going through my mind right now; not everyone can enter Honours program I know... but its all based on interest isn't it so? With Honours degree, I may be able to get Phd. Which by the way dah, its known as Doctor of Philosopy =p
So when I came home, I thought, I might as well do a couple of researches for this.
The situation turned from bad to worse.
NOW I have a more choices in mind;
1) WORK
2) Master of Applied Commerce (Marketing) - Mel Uni
3) Master of Applied Commerce (Operational Management) - Mel Uni
4) Bachelor of Food Science (Honours) - Mel Uni
5) Bachelor of Science (Food Science) Honours) - RMIT
6) Master of Biotechnology (Food Microbiology) - RMIT
7) Master of Biotechnology (Clinical Microbiology) - RMIT
8) Forgood – Work in SG
Haa.. what should I do?
