On a positive note, the harder u fall, the more it hurts
the more it hurts the stronger u'd become
and thus the higher u'd climb
the higher you climb you'll then find yourself
eventually getting out of the hole.

For something I've done today that can i thought was quite an achievement... - dyed my sister's hair and covered quite a fair bit of work, which i totally understood - casomorphins + all those opioid peptides. In human words, its just milk proteins + stuff that accounts for its benefits. LOL.

TML- IS FRIDAY. goodness! ! ! how time flies...
